List every path into your systems: VPN, direct SSH, vendor tunnels, forgotten admin panels. You cannot secure what you have not listed.

Days 11–30: two high-value apps

Pick two internal apps and put identity-aware access in front of them. Prove the pattern works, learn the friction, then scale. Production experience beats architecture diagrams.
